In-Store Pickup

If you placed an online order and selected In-Store Pickup, please check estimated processing times by location:

  • Hickory – 1 to 3 business days

  • Viewmont – 1 to 3 business days

  • Morganton – 3 to 5 business days

  • Blowing Rock – 3 to 5 business days

Pickup Process:

  • You’ll be contacted via the phone number provided once your order is ready for pickup.

  • From the initial notification, you have 14 DAYS to pick up your order.

  • Orders not picked up within 14 days will be cancelled, and you’ll receive an online store credit via email.

  • ID is required for in-store pickup


Shipping Policy

  • We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding peak holiday seasons.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Please Note:

  • Aqua B Boutique is NOT responsible for:

    • Lost packages

    • Damaged packages

    • Items marked “Delivered” but not received

  • If there’s an issue with tracking or delivery, please contact the mail carrier directly before reaching out to us.

    • Carriers often have more accurate delivery details for the package recipient.

    • In some cases, tracking may be delayed even though your order is on the way.

If your package is marked “DELIVERED” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact the mail carrier immediately to verify the delivery location.

  • Aqua B cannot be held responsible for packages that tracking shows were delivered to the correct address.
