We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to process a return for a store credit within 14 days of the merchandise being delivered.
We currently offer a standard shipping option and strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. For our local customers, we offer a pickup in store option for no charge! You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
All pickup orders placed will be sent to our DOWNTOWN HICKORY location by default. If you would like to request your order be sent to one of our other 4 locations just add a little note to your order specifying which location you prefer! If you forget to leave a note while placing your order that's no problem! Just shoot us an email to aquabhelp@gmail.com within 12 hours of your purchase.
If you have placed an online order and selected In-store pickup all orders will take between 1-3 business days to be ready. If you have made a special request to receive your order at a location other than our Downtown Hickory location please review the chart below for reference on how long it will be before your order arrives at your selected location.
Downtown Hickory - 1 to 3 Business Days
Viewmont - 1 to 3 Business Days
Mooresville - 3 to 5 Business Days
Morganton - 3 to 5 Business Days
Blowing Rock - 3 to 5 Business Days
Once your order has arrived at your selected location and is available for pickup you will be contacted via the phone number you included on your order. From the initial notification you will have 14 DAYS to pick up your order. If you do NOT pick up your order after 14 days then your order will be cancelled and you will be emailed an ONLINE CREDITfor the amount of your order. *ID is required for In-Store Pickup*
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Installments by Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on shopaquab.com.
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping timeframe after you complete your order online.
