In-Store Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Receipt is required.

  • Tags must remain attached.

  • You may exchange your item(s) or receive an in-store store credit. No refunds.

Online Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. No refunds.

  • Returns are eligible for an online account credit which can be applied to a future purchase.

  • You may exchange any regular-priced items before your order ships.

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.

  • Used returns (perfume, smoke, pet hair, visible wear) will be sent back at your expense, and future returns may not be accepted.

FINAL SALE:

  • No changes can be made to orders containing FINAL SALE items.

  • Final Sale Includes: (Accessories, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Personal Care Items, Clearance, Holiday-Themed Items, Bodysuits, Warmies, Any other items marked as FINAL SALE)

DAMAGES:

  • Report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order (pickup or shipped).
  • Reports made after 7 days are not guaranteed a resolution and will be reviewed case by case.

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.
  • Please note: Color variations due to screen settings, lighting, or photography do not qualify as damage.

  • Submit all DAMAGED ITEM PICTURES through the Return Authorization Form below. You may submit up to 10 photos per form.

Once we receive your return, please allow a few business days for processing. Please do not send back an item without first submitting the Return Authorization Form, this helps us keep track of your order for a quicker and easier return process. 

Returns may take several business days to process. Please keep tracking information of your return for your own records.
